We implement EU projects

AQUSTEC Limited Liability Company has received funding from the European Funds for Eastern Poland 2021–2027. The funds will be allocated to the implementation of the project entitled “Implementation of a Design Strategy at AQUSTEC Sp. z o.o.”
The objective of the project is to increase the competitiveness and innovativeness of AQUSTEC Sp. z o.o. through the implementation of a design strategy, developed as a result of a completed design audit. This strategy defined the company’s development directions in the field of industrial design and enabled the preparation of planned implementation activities.
Task No. 1 involves the development and preparation of complete design, technical, and implementation documentation for a new line of five acoustic booths under the Acoustec brand, comprising five product types: Single Booth, Single Plus Booth, Double Booth, 2+2 Booth (Four), and the Quiet Cabin (for education). The scope of work includes: preliminary analysis, concept design, prototype development (three prototypes for each solution), user testing, implementation of corrections, technical evaluation, preparation of implementation documentation, visual identification and product marking methods, development of a product configurator, and preparation of a marketing strategy for the new line.
Task No. 2 includes the purchase of fixed assets necessary to implement the product innovation, including: a CNC nesting machining center, storage racks, worktables, transport carts, and an electric pallet truck. This investment will enable the implementation of a new production process and the manufacturing of a premium-class line of acoustic booths.
Task No. 3 consists of conducting a closed training program for company staff, aimed at improving sales competencies in the context of implementing the new design project. The training will be delivered by a company specializing in consulting and education in B2B sales and marketing.
The project’s target group includes professionals responsible for designing and furnishing office and public spaces, in particular:
– architects and interior designers,
– managers and owners of commercial properties,
– office, HR, and workplace managers,
– resellers and companies specializing in office space arrangement.
The end users of the new line of acoustic booths are users of office, educational, and public spaces, including people with special needs, such as:
– individuals using wheelchairs or with limited mobility,
– people with mental disabilities and neurodivergent conditions (ADHD, autism spectrum, sensory processing disorders, concentration difficulties),
– older adults,
– pregnant women and people with children,
– users requiring quiet, privacy, easy access, or ergonomic solutions.
The booth designs are based on the principles of universal design, and the applied sensory solutions ensure comfort and functionality for all users.
As a result of the project, an innovation will be introduced to the market in the form of a Premium Line of acoustic booths for offices—available in several variants and sizes (Single, Single Plus, Double, Four)—equipped with sensory elements supporting concentration, focus, and stress reduction, as well as improved “Quiet Cabin” solutions, including versions dedicated to children with disorders such as ADHD and autism spectrum conditions. These products will constitute innovative acoustic solutions intended for office interiors, educational environments, and shared spaces. Their common features will include high-quality design (Premium products), sensory functions supporting well-being, customization options, modular construction, consideration of eco-design principles, and improved acoustics.

"Support for SMEs in the promotion of product brands – GoToBrand"
Project title: Promotion of AQUSTEC Sp. z o.o. products through participation in international trade fairs in Germany and France and foreign missions in Germany, France, and Ukraine.
Project objective: The aim of the project is to promote HIDE acoustic products (phone booths and meeting pods for offices) by participating in key international trade fairs and organizing missions in selected prospective markets. The project’s goal is to expand the company’s export activities, increase brand recognition, and strengthen AQUSTEC Sp. z o.o.'s position as an international company offering products on global markets.
