Frequently asked questions
The room where the HIDE H1 acoustic pod is to be installed should be at least 260 cm high and there should be an electrical outlet within 4 m of the pod location. The width of the room (niche) where the HIDE H1 acoustic pod is to stand should allow the glass door to open freely (before ordering, check the dimensions of the H1 pod in the technical sheet or in the Parameters tab).
The lead time is up to 4 weeks from the confirmation of the order and payment of a deposit of 50% of the order value. In many cases, however, the order is ready for shipment much faster.
The HIDE H1 acoustic pod will arrive on site in parts and will be assembled on site by the installation team.
We recommend using our experienced installation team to make sure the pod is installed correctly.
Installation by our team takes approximately 1.5 hours.
Every H1 pod comes standard with LED lighting and ventilation automatically activated by a motion sensor, 2 x electrical outlets, 2 x USB sockets, a convenient shelf and a knob for adjusting the air supply.
There are 2 colour options of the 1-person HIDE pod available as standard: light and dark, however, there is also the possibility to finish the pod in natural wool felt available in 37 colors (extra paid option). Other additional options include: glazing the back wall of the pod, installation of casters in the floor, installation of veneer panels (natural oak) on the outer side walls, installation of additional outlets (e.g. RJ45), installation of a monitor holder, etc. We are also open to other specific needs of our clients.
