1What conditions must the room meet for installing the HIDE H1 acoustic pod?+
The room in which the HIDE H1 acoustic pod is to be installed should be at least 260 cm high, and there should be an electrical outlet within 4 m of the pod's location. The width of the room (alcove) where the HIDE H1 pod is to stand should allow free opening of the glass door (before ordering, check the H1 pod dimensions in the technical data sheet or in the Specifications tab).
2What is the lead time for the HIDE H1 acoustic pod?+
The lead time is up to 4 weeks from the confirmation of the order and payment of a deposit of 50% of the order value. In many cases, however, the order is ready for shipment much sooner.
3Will the HIDE H1 acoustic pod arrive on site in its entirety?+
The HIDE H1 acoustic pod will arrive on site in parts and will be assembled on site by the installation team.
4Can I install the HIDE H1 acoustic pod by myself?+
We recommend using our experienced installation team to ensure the pod is assembled correctly.
5How long does it take to install the HIDE H1 acoustic pod?+
Installation by our professional team takes approximately 1.5 hours.
6What makes up the basic equipment of the HIDE H1 acoustic pod?+
Every H1 pod comes standard with efficient ventilation, LED lighting with presence sensor, 2 x electrical outlets, 2 x USB sockets, a convenient shelf and an airflow control knob.
7What can I modify in the appearance of the HIDE H1 acoustic pod?+
The HIDE H1 pod is available as standard in 2 color versions: light and dark, but it can also be finished in natural wool felt available in 37 colors (an additionally paid option). Other optional extras include: a glazed rear wall, wheels installed in the floor, veneered panels (natural oak) on the outer side walls, additional sockets (e.g. RJ45), a monitor mount, etc. We are also open to other specific needs of our Clients.
