1What conditions must the room meet for installing the HIDE H2 acoustic pod?

The room where the HIDE H2 acoustic pod is to be installed should be at least 260 cm high, and within 4 meters from the pod's location, there should be an electrical outlet. The width of the room (niche) where the HIDE H2 acoustic pod will be placed should allow for easy opening of the glass door (before ordering, check the dimensions of the H2 pod in the technical data sheet or in the Parameters section).

2What is the lead time for the HIDE H2 acoustic pod order?

The lead time is up to 4 weeks from the confirmation of the order and payment of a deposit of 50% of the order value. In many cases, however, the order is ready for shipment much faster.

3Will the HIDE H2 acoustic pod arrive fully assembled?

The HIDE H2 acoustic pod will arrive in parts and will be assembled on-site by our installation team.

4Can I assemble the HIDE H2 acoustic pod myself?

We recommend using our experienced installation team to ensure the pod is assembled correctly.

5How long does it take to assemble the HIDE H2 acoustic pod?

Installation by our team takes approximately 3 hours.

6What is included in the basic equipment of the HIDE H2 acoustic pod?

Every H2 pod comes standard with LED lighting and ventilation, both automatically activated by a presence detector, airflow power adjustable via an intuitive touch panel, 2 power outlets, 2 USB sockets, a table, and comfortable seating for 2 people.

7What can I customize in the appearance of the HIDE H2 acoustic pod?

The standard version is available in two color options: light and dark. Additionally, there is an option to finish the pod with natural wool felt available in 38 colors (additional charge applies). Other customization options include: glazing of the back wall, installation of wheels on the floor, veneered panels (natural oak) on the external side walls, installation of additional sockets (e.g., RJ45), and a monitor mount. We are also open to other specific needs of our clients.
