AQUSTEC SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ has received funding from the European Funds for Eastern Poland 2021-2027. The funds will be granted for the implementation of the project titled.

“Implementation of a design strategy at AQUSTEC Ltd.”

The aim of the project is to increase the competitiveness and innovation of AQUSTEC Sp. z o.o. through the implementation of a design strategy, as a result of a design audit conducted. This strategy allowed us to determine the company’s development directions in the area of industrial design and prepare the planned implementation activities.

The subject of Task 1 is the development and preparation of full design, technical and implementation documentation for a new line of five Acoustec brand acoustic cabins, consisting of five types of products: Cabin Single, Cabin Single Plus, Cabin Double, Cabin 2+2 (Four), Cabin Quiet House (for education). The scope of work includes: preliminary analysis, conceptual design, prototyping (3 prototypes for each solution), testing with users, making adjustments, technical evaluation, development of implementation documentation, visual identification and product branding method, preparation of a product configurator, and development of a marketing strategy for the new line.

Task 2 will involve the purchase of fixed assets necessary for the implementation of the product innovation, including a CNC nesting machining center, storage racks, workbenches, transport carts and an electric pallet truck. This purchase will enable the implementation of a new manufacturing process and the production of a line of premium acoustic cabins.

The subject of Task No. 3 is to conduct a closed-door training course for the staff of the company, aimed at improving sales competence in the context of implementing a new design project. The training will be carried out by a company specializing in consulting and education in the field of B2B sales and marketing. The target group of the project consists of professionals responsible for the design and furnishing of office and public spaces, in particular:

– architects and interior designers,
– managers and owners of commercial real estate,
– office, HR and workplace managers,
– resellers and companies that arrange office spaces.

The end users of the new line of acoustic booths are users of office, educational and public spaces, including people with special needs, such as:

– people in wheelchairs or with limited mobility,
– people with mental disabilities and neuroatypicalities (ADHD, autism spectrum, sensory disorders, concentration difficulties),
– elderly people,
– pregnant women and people with children,
– users who require tranquility, privacy, easy access or ergonomic solutions.

The design of the cabins based on the principles of universal design and the sensory solutions used ensure comfort and functionality for all users.

The result of the project will be the launch of innovations in the form of a Premium Line of acoustic cubicles for offices – in several variants and sizes (Single, Single Plus, Double, Four), equipped with sensory features to support concentration, focus and reduce stress, as well as improved “Quiet House” type cubicles – including those aimed at children with disorders such as ADHD, autism spectrum, etc. These products will provide innovative acoustic solutions for office interiors, educational spaces and common areas, with a common denominator of high design quality (premium product), sensory functions to support well-being, adaptability and modularity of design, consideration of eco-design principles and improved acoustics.
